Return Policy for Hidden Cameras, Surveillance Equipment and Other Hi-Tech Products*All of our products are special order items. All Sales are Final!We at Self Defense Weapons strive to offer our customers the best products at the best possible prices. Due to the nature of the products, returns will not be accepted unless the product is found to be defective or unless otherwise explicitly stated on the specific Self Defense Weapons product page.All returns, refunds, or exchanges must be approved by Self Defense Weapons before any products are returned. We test all of our products before shipping. Your satisfaction is our number one concern. Due to the nature of our product line, returns will only be accepted for products damaged upon shipment to the customer. All returns must be authorized by Self Defense Weapons before product(s) is returned. All products must be returned in the original packaging. All returns are subject to deductions for shipping costs and a 25% restocking charge and the product(s) must be returned within a five (5) day period from date of receipt of product(s). Special exceptions for returning your order may be made on a case-by-case basis. In this event, Self Defense Weapons will replace, refund, or credit your account for returned product(s) at Self Defense Weapons discretion. NO refunds will be given for products returned without explicit permission from Self Defense Weapons. A Self Defense Weapons representative must authorize the return, and under no circumstances will returns be accepted otherwise. Authorization and shipping instructions must be obtained from Self Defense Weapons. Returns that are shipped to Self Defense Weapons by the customer without prior authorization will be subject to refusal of package, and will be returned to the customer. When returning the product(s), Self Defense Weapons requires that the customer use a shipping method such as UPS, FedEx, or US Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation, also insuring the package for the full value of the product(s). Using these methods will ensure safe delivery to Self Defense Weapons. It is NOT recommended to ship the package via regular US Mail. Please notify Self Defense Weapons with the tracking number or delivery confirmation number once the package has shipped. SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. WARRANTY: We guarantee all Self Defense Weapons products to be free of defects in workmanship and material for 1 year (unless manufacturer's warranty is longer) after sale to the customer. We will replace or repair the product(s) at our option providing there is no evidence of customer misuse, or alteration. |
